As vision is critical to success, we will spend a lot of time in the visual & sensory realms. Through our work, we focus heavily on visually articulating the invisible. Using techniques from phototherapy, art, theater, mindfulness, field journaling, and tracking, we will delve into what you want to create, what wants to emerge, and explore the conditions that are driving you forward or keeping you stuck. By the end of our journey or experience together, you will recognize your "North Star", have a plan for getting there, and feel equipped to course correct or adjust as needed.

Exercising creativity is a great act of power and is a prerequisite for transformation and upleveling. We are creative midwives skilled at helping you get clear and being courageous about imagining and creating something new, going to the next level, or delving deeper into connection. We provide a baseline set of strategies and tools through our engagements & experiences. We will also help you identify or develop the strategies that will keep you, your teams, and your organization aligned with your vision & goals in order to achieve the results that you seek to create.

About Dr. Erika Powell

For more than 17 years, Dr. Powell has consulted on initiatives in a wide variety of national and global sectors, ranging from corporate to non-profit sectors. Fostering transformation at the personal & professional levels as well as creating workplaces & cultures where employees thrive are at the heart of her work.

During her free time, Dr. Powell usually enjoys painting, hiking, writing, photography, and spending time with her two adorable pets.
